1. Give us a call OR register as a New Client on our Web Site and place an order online. All information is private and used only to process and display your Virtual Tour.

2. Schedule a Tour. In most cases, we can be at your listing within a few days. All we will need is an address AND time to meet you at.

3. We meet you and take the Virtual Tour Images. The 'shoot' usually takes about an hour. We always take extra pictures to ensure perfection. We also take any additional images you may wish to use for your own Marketing Literature (no charge).

4. We professionally process the images and place the Virtual Tour on the internet within 24 to 48 hours. We send you an email notification that your tour is ready. Included in the email are instructions on how to link the tour to your MLS listing. We automatically link the Virtual Tour to a pre-existing listing on REALTOR.com®.

5. Updates, Changes, and Removal. You may update, change or take your virtual tour offline at anytime using your Administrative login OR give us a call, we will be glad to make the changes for you!

6. We will follow-up with you to ensure your Virtual Tour is to your complete satisfaction. If you paid by check, we will then process the payment only after your are completely satisfied!
