VIRTUAL TOUR LINKING - GENERAL
Your Virtual Tours can be linked to many national Real Estate Portals or MLS systems for maximum coverage. Clients using your tour may also email friends or associates directly about a particular Virtual Tour. You receive the maximum coverage to many qualified potential buyers who view your tour listings.
We are always adding new linking capabilities to our system. Below is a partial list of web sites and MLS systems we can link to:

- Yahoo! Real Estate
- REALTOR.comŽ (Additional Fee - See Below)
- Your Company Web Site
In addition, some Real Estate companies and organizations permit members to manually link tours to their listing at no additional charge. Some of these companies include:

- ColdwellBanker.com
- Century21.com
If you don't see the web-portal, company, web site you wish your tour to be on, please send us an email at support@lavirtualtours. We will be glad to work with you, AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE, to ensure your tour receives the maximum exposure and visibility.
LINKING TO REALTOR.comŽ
We are a Picture Path Partner and have a direct connection to REALTOR.comŽ (Homestore, Inc.). You may post your pictures to REALTOR.comŽ for $20.00 per tour. This fee is charged to you is their direct cost to us. You pay us and we pass the payment on to REALTOR.comŽ directly. The advantage of posting to Realtor.com is that your listing receives wide-spread coverage to buyers who typically are looking online for their home. In addition, REALTOR.comŽ listings can be viewed by consumers searching for homes on AOL, Netscape, MSN, and others.
REALTOR.comŽ NOTES
- The cost to post a tour to REALTOR.com is $20.00. The amount is paid directly to LA Virtual Tours and passed along to REALTOR.comŽ. We do not provide refunds on this amount because Homestore does not refund after the tour is online. We will however refund the cost of the tour to you within days of your request.
- Your Virtual tour should meet the Advertising Guidelines of REALTOR.comŽ and the National Association of REALTORS. For more information please view the following file. [VIEW NOW]
- To properly link to REALTOR.comŽ and your MLS system, you will need your MLS Number. Please make sure the correct number is provided so the Virtual Tour is properly linked.
- REALTOR.comŽ does not distribute virtual tour links to your MLS system. The REALTOR can link to their MLS using the link information provided in an email to you. We will send you this information, immediately after we have posted your tour.
